Ian H. Charles
Managing Partner and Chief Executive OfficerIan Charles is a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Arctos Partners. Mr. Charles directs firm strategy and governance, capital solutions, and investment strategy. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Charles served as a member of the private equity and infrastructure investment committees and was a Partner at Landmark Partners, a leader in secondary markets, where he helped design and execute the firm’s private equity strategy, built the firm’s quantitative research group, and completed innovative liquidity transactions. Prior to joining Landmark Partners, Mr. Charles was a co-founder of Cogent Partners, the first secondary market sell-side advisor, where he was responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the firm and sourcing and leading large secondary advisory mandates. He began his career on an investment team that is now part of the Neuberger Berman alternative investments platform. Mr. Charles is a is a CFA® charterholder and graduated with honors from Texas Christian University, where he received a BBA in Finance and Accounting. He later received his MBA from Wharton.
David J. O’Connor
Managing PartnerDavid O’Connor is a Managing Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. O’Connor directs firm strategy and governance and oversees the Sports strategy. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. O’Connor was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Madison Square Garden Company, where he oversaw all aspects of MSG’s sports business operations and interfaced with NBA, NHL, and WNBA commissioners and league officials. Prior to joining MSG, Mr. O’Connor spent more than 30 years at Creative Artists Agency, where he served as Managing Partner of the world-wide entertainment and sports agency and led the expansion of the agency with the creation of CAA Sports. Mr. O’Connor graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in X, where he was a four-year letterman in lacrosse.
Gregory Baecher
PartnerGregory Baecher is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Baecher oversees the firm’s capital solutions group and helps lead corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2024, Mr. Baecher was a Partner at Warburg Pincus where he spent 20 years in various roles including investing, strategy, and fundraising and investor relations. Mr. Baecher started his career at J.P. Morgan Chase in the real estate and lodging investment banking and credit portfolio groups. Mr. Baecher graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University, where he received a BA in Economics with High Distinction.
Michael Belsley
Partner, Chief Legal OfficerMichael Belsley is a Partner at Arctos Partners. He serves as Chief Legal Officer overseeing all aspects of the firm’s legal functions. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2023, Mr. Belsley was a senior partner in the Investment Funds Group and Private Equity groups at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a leading global law firm, where he founded Kirkland’s liquidity solutions practice. Over 20 years at Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Belsley worked on a wide variety of complex, secondary market transactions and other liquidity solutions. Mr. Belsley graduated from Northwestern University, where he received a BA in Economics and Political Science, in addition to a JD from the Pritzker School of Law.
Joseph Corcoran
PartnerJoseph Corcoran is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Corcoran directs investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Corcoran was a member of the founding team at Stonyrock Partners, a joint venture with Leucadia Asset Management, where he led sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and monitoring of middle market alternative asset managers. Previously, he was a Vice President at Blackstone and a member of the firm’s inaugural GP Stakes private equity fund, supporting investments across private equity, real estate, and growth equity businesses, leading liquidity initiatives, and partnering with portfolio companies on value creation and product development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Corcoran was an investment banking associate in Morgan Stanley’s M&A group, and he began his career at Citigroup in New York and London. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University, earning a BA in Philosophy and English Literature with a minor in Economics, and later earned an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
Chad Hutchinson
PartnerChad Hutchinson is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Hutchinson leads day-to-day management of the Sports strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2021, Mr. Hutchinson was a Managing Director at Sixth Street where he established and managed the agricultural business and completed opportunistic investments across a variety of sectors, including sports, media, and entertainment. Prior to Sixth Street, Mr. Hutchinson co-founded Wakestorm Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Before beginning his finance career in 2006, Mr. Hutchinson spent eight years as a professional athlete in Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Football League (NFL). Mr. Hutchinson graduated from Stanford University, where he received a BA in Political Science and played both baseball and football.
Brian Lafemina
PartnerBrian Lafemina is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Lafemina is responsible for sourcing and value-creation initiatives for the Sports strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2025, Mr. Lafemina held executive roles with several major organizations, including the National Football League, where he served as Senior Vice President of Club Business Development, the New York Giants, the Washington Commanders, and On Location Experiences. Mr. Lafemina is widely recognized for his ability to lead transformative initiatives that elevate fan experiences and align organizational strategy with long-term business success. Mr. Lafemina graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics where he was also a varsity diver.
Joseph Nasr
President and Chief Operating OfficerJoseph Nasr is President and Chief Operating Officer at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Nasr oversees firm strategy and management across functional verticals. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Nasr served as a Managing Director at Stellus Capital Management, a private credit platform, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring loans and equity co-investments in private equity-backed businesses. Prior to Stellus, Mr. Nasr was a Director at Z Capital Partners, a special situations investment firm, and a Senior Associate at Landmark Partners. Mr. Nasr graduated from the University of Chicago, where he received a BA in Economics, and received his MBA from Wharton.
Alastair Seaman
PartnerAlastair Seaman is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Seaman is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Sports strategy, with a focus on investments outside of North America. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Seaman was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he served as a member of the Vintage Funds investment team and executed transactions ranging from complex direct secondaries and special situation opportunities to more traditional secondary investments. Prior to joining Goldman, Mr. Seaman was a Senior Associate of the Secondary Investment Group in the London office of HarbourVest Partners. Previously, Mr. Seaman was on the investment team at EPIC Private Equity and initially began his career at SVG Capital. Mr. Seaman is a CFA® charterholder. He graduated with honors from the University of Cambridge with a MA in Classics and later earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors and Distinction.
Ira Shaw
PartnerIra Shaw is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Shaw directs the investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for Keystone Real Assets. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, he launched and co-led the Partner Solutions investment program at Crow Holdings. Prior to Crow Holdings, Mr. Shaw was a Partner and member of the real estate investment committee at Landmark Partners. At Landmark, Mr. Shaw helped lead the growth of the real estate secondaries platform, managed real estate investment resources, and structured and negotiated real estate secondary acquisitions and preferred equity financings. Prior to that, Mr. Shaw was a member of the Direct Investments team at AEW Capital Management, and a Director in CIBC’s Asset Securitization Group. Mr. Shaw graduated from Haverford College, where he received a BA in Philosophy. He received his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Robyn Sacks Slutzky
PartnerRobyn Sacks Slutzky is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Ms. Slutzky helps lead the firm’s capital solutions group with a focus on its wealth management platform. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2021, Ms. Slutzky served as Co-Head of Private Equity Due Diligence for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she led a team that sourced and oversaw client commitments and served as a member of the Private Equity Advisory Committee. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ms. Slutzky was an Investment Vice President at Prudential Financial, where she was responsible for making private equity fund and co-investments on behalf of the general account. Her earlier career included fund investing and co-investing roles at Quilvest and AlpInvest, as well as investment banking experience at DLJ / Credit Suisse. Ms. Slutzky graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, where she received a BA in Finance. She received her MBA from the Columbia Business School.
Jordan Solomon
PartnerJordan Solomon is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Solomon is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Sports strategy, with a focus on North America. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Solomon served as Executive Vice President of MSG Sports at the Madison Square Garden Company, where he was responsible for MSG’s sports business operations, including the New York Knicks (NBA) and New York Rangers (NHL). Prior to joining MSG, Mr. Solomon was Vice President of Team Marketing and Business Operations at the NBA and an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Solomon graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BA in Economics and International Relations and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Gina Spiegel
PartnerGina Spiegel is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Ms. Spiegel directs the investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for Keystone Real Assets. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, she launched and co-led the Partner Solutions investment program at Crow Holdings. Previously, Ms. Spiegel was a Managing Director at Landmark Partners, where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring real estate investments including secondaries, primaries, co-investments and special situations. Prior to that, Ms. Spiegel was a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Colony Capital, and began her career in real estate at CWCapital. Ms. Spiegel graduated from Brandeis University, where she received a BA in Economics.
John Stott
PartnerJohn Stott is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Stott directs investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Stott served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic, organizational, and growth insights to private equity firms. Previously, he was a Partner at Landmark Partners, helping execute the firm’s private equity strategy in North America. At Landmark, he sourced, structured, and evaluated minority stake transactions across buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Stott originally joined Landmark as an Associate focused on direct investments before rejoining the firm following his MBA. Mr. Stott began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Boenning & Scattergood (now Janney Montgomery Scott). He graduated from Cabrini University, where he received a BS in Finance and later received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Charles Tingue
PartnerCharles Tingue is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Tingue directs the investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Tingue served as a Senior Advisor to TDR Capital, providing strategic, growth, and value-creation insights to the firm and its funds. Previously, he was a Partner and Investment Committee member at Landmark Partners, where he executed the firm’s private equity strategy across North America and Europe. At Landmark, he sourced, structured, and evaluated minority stake transactions, secondary transactions, and structured solutions across buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Tingue began his career at SVG Advisers and is a CFA® charterholder. He graduated from Boston College with a BA in History and later received his MBA from Wharton.
Barry Griffiths, PH.D., CFA
Senior AdvisorBarry Griffiths is a Senior Advisor at Arctos Partners. Mr. Griffiths supports the firms research, data science and risk management initiatives across Arctos Insights. Mr. Griffiths has been a leader in the innovation and application of quantitative analysis within private markets for over 25 years. He is a member of the Research Advisory Council of the Private Equity Research Consortium (PERC). Two of his better-known papers are “Active Risk Budgeting in Action: Assessing Risk and Return in Private Equity” (2005), which developed the relationship between private equity and public markets, and “Benchmarking Private Equity: The Direct Alpha Method” (2014), which developed a reliable method for estimating alpha in a private equity portfolio. In 2023, Mr. Griffiths retired from Ares Management Corporation as a Partner and Co-Head of the Quantitative Research Group (QRG). In that capacity he oversaw the group’s Original Research, Quantitative Software Development, and Tools Production teams, and coordinated with other quantitative professionals within Ares’ investment teams. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Partner in Landmark Partners’ Quantitative Research Group, which filled similar roles for what is now Ares’ Secondaries Solutions unit. Previously, Mr. Griffiths was Head of Quantitative Research at Goldman Sachs Private Equity Group, which he helped launch. Previously, Mr. Griffiths was Chief Scientist at Business Matters, a venture-funded software startup. He was also a lead aerospace research engineer at TASC and Synetics, where he specialized in guidance, navigation, and control problems. Mr. Griffiths is a CFA® charterholder and received a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and an MS and BS from Michigan State University.
John Vedro
CFO and CCOJohn Vedro is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Arctos Partners. Mr. Vedro is responsible for all financial aspects of the Firm and its affiliates, as well as oversight and management of all compliance and regulatory functions for Arctos and its funds. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Mr. Vedro was Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Gauge Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Gauge Capital, Mr. Vedro was a Senior Director of Fund Accounting at Texas Pacific Group (TPG). Earlier in his career, Mr. Vedro held various positions with Goldman Sachs, serving clients in the private equity industry. Mr. Vedro graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he received a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Finance, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Zachary Baran
Managing DirectorZachary Baran is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Baran leads Arctos Insights, the firm’s applied research and data sciences team, and serves as an investment professional for the Sports and Keystone strategies. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Baran was an Associate at Warburg Pincus in New York, a global growth investor, where he helped build a data-driven strategy initiative. Prior to Warburg Pincus, he was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on strategy and fundraising for the multi-alternative and private equity advisory business within the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection group. Mr. Baran began his career in the Quantitative Research Group at Landmark Partners. He graduated with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy.
Julie Bernodat
Managing DirectorJulie Bernodat is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. Ms. Bernodat is responsible for all aspects of transaction sourcing, evaluation, and execution for Keystone. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Bernodat was a Vice President at Committed Advisors in Paris, executing mid-market secondary transactions, from complex GP-led processes to traditional secondaries, and supporting fundraising efforts. Prior to joining Committed Advisors, Ms. Bernodat was a Director at Landmark Partners in London where she was sourcing, structuring, and executing European transactions across buyout, growth, venture, and special situations funds. She began her career as an Associate on the primary investment team at HarbourVest Partners in London after internships at BNP Paribas, Roland Berger, and Ardian. Ms. Bernodat graduated from ESCP Europe where she received a Master in Management – Grande Ecole, Major in Finance.
Gregory Lombardi
Managing DirectorGregory Lombardi is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. In addition to investor relations and capital raising activities for Keystone Real Assets, Mr. Lombardi will assist in the sourcing and execution of investments within the strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Lombardi was a Managing Director at Crow Holdings, where he represented the firm’s real estate platform and strategies to institutional clients and consultants across the U.S. Previously, he was a Managing Director at BlackRock. Mr. Lombardi spent over 20 years at Landmark Partners in various roles including investing, fundraising and investor relations. Mr. Lombardi began his career at Cigna Investments. Mr. Lombardi graduated from Central Connecticut State University, where he received a BS in Finance and later earned a MS in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Geoffrey Mullen
Managing DirectorGeoffrey Mullen is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investor relations and capital raising responsibilities, Mr. Mullen supports the activities of the Capital Solutions team across verticals and geographies for the Sports and Keystone strategies. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Mullen helped lead investor relations and business development at Landmark Partners from 2014 until its acquisition by Ares in 2021, continuing in private equity secondaries investor relations and product management at Ares through 2024. Earlier in his career, he led Morgan Stanley’s private equity, real estate, and hedge fund business as part of the Alternative Investment Partners management committee and previously served as head of distribution and a management board member for Allianz Global Investors in North America. He is a CFA® charterholder and has served for over 14 years on public fund boards and investment committees. Mr. Mullen graduated from Miami University with a BS in Economics and earned his MBA with honors from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Larissa Wall
Managing Director of FinanceLarissa Wall is a Managing Director of Finance at Arctos Partners. Ms. Wall is responsible for the accounting, related reporting, and other financial aspects involving the firm, related funds, and affiliates. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Wall spent more than five years at Fortress Investment Group as a Vice President, leading finance and reporting for multiple private equity–style credit funds focused on commercial real estate and related opportunistic investments, while also helping drive community outreach initiatives in the Dallas office. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at TPG, overseeing revenue accounting, budgeting, and process improvement efforts and co-founding the TPG Professional Women’s Network. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wall worked at Ernst & Young in New York, serving financial services clients with a focus on private equity and hedge funds. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University where she earned a BBA and MS in Accounting and Finance.
Paige Franzoi
Director, Capital SolutionsPaige Franzoi is a Director at Arctos Partners. Ms. Franzoi is responsible for investor relations and capital raising activities. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Franzoi was a Principal at Whitehorse Liquidity Partners. Ms. Franzoi joined the firm as an Associate and was engaged in all aspects of fundraising and investor relations. Prior to Whitehorse, Ms. Franzoi was an Associate at CPP Investments, where she focused on evaluating, executing, and monitoring secondary transaction opportunities. Ms. Franzoi graduated with high distinction from University of Toronto, where she received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics.
Tanner Houston
DirectorTanner Houston is a Director at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Houston supports firm strategy and platform development and leads branding and communications for the firm. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Houston was an Associate at Landmark Partners, where he worked across the firm’s private equity solutions platform supporting financial modeling, underwriting, and the evaluation of prospective and active investments. Previously, Mr. Houston began his career in secondary advisory at Greenhill & Co., responsible for client engagements and execution activities including valuation analysis, due diligence, structuring, and marketing. Mr. Houston graduated with honors from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
Jonathan Lile
DirectorJonathan Lile is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Lile is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Lile was a Vice President at Pomona Capital, where he sourced, evaluated, structured, and monitored secondary transactions across buyout, venture, growth, mezzanine, and credit strategies across LP portfolio purchases, single-asset deals, preferred equity financings, structured secondaries, and primary commitments. Previously, Mr. Lile was an Analyst at PEI Funds where he focused on underwriting and monitoring private assets. Mr. Lile graduated with honors from The King’s College with a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
Meaghan Murphy
Head of AdministrationMeaghan Murphy is the Head of Administration at Arctos Partners. Ms. Murphy is responsible for helping improve organizational processes to support firmwide productivity, quality, and efficiency, and works with leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and the firm’s human resources function. Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Ms. Murphy was the Office Manager at RedBird Capital Partners, where she played a key role in opening the Dallas office, building administrative infrastructure, supporting the accounting function, and managing internal and external firm events. Previously, she served as the Dallas Office Manager at Park Hill Group, overseeing office policies, practices, and programs. Ms. Murphy graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder where she earned a BA in Latin American Studies and Political Science.
Forrest Richmond
DirectorForrest Richmond is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Richmond is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Sports strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2020, Mr. Richmond was a member of the Secondary Investment Group at HarbourVest Partners where he was responsible for the evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions. Prior to HarbourVest, Mr. Richmond began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst on the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Richmond graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Global Systems and Management.
Megan Ellis
Director of Investor RelationsMegan Ellis is a Director of Investor Relations at Arctos Partners as part of the Capital Solutions team. Ms. Ellis is responsible for client services, investor inquiries, and fundraising operations. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Ellis was a member of the Client and Capital Formation team at TPG, serving as the primary liaison between the fundraising team and firm services functions and leading the Investor Relations group in Fort Worth for four years. In that role, she helped streamline internal processes across multiple workstreams and oversaw key technology initiatives to enhance communication with TPG’s investor base. Ms. Ellis began her career at Barclays Investment Bank in New York on a trading desk, managing sales and trading relationships with private banks and institutional clients within the Investor Solutions group. She graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Political Science and Art History, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
N. Clark Smyth
Director of FinanceClark Smyth is a Director of Finance at Arctos Partners. Mr. Smyth is responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial operations for the firm, its funds, and affiliates. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Smyth was a Managing Director at Gen II Fund Services, overseeing the firm’s newly established Dallas office and leading a team responsible for financial reporting across multiple private equity fund clients. Previously, he spent nearly seven years as a Controller at The Energy & Minerals Group, managing accounting and reporting for several funds and co-investment entities. Earlier in his career, Mr. Smyth spent more than seven years with KPMG in Dallas, serving financial services clients with a focus on private equity and real estate funds. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Monica Tudor
Director of ComplianceMonica Tudor is the Director of Compliance at Arctos Partners. Ms. Tudor is responsible for overseeing and implementing the compliance program for Arctos and its funds. Before joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Tudor served as the Senior Compliance Officer at Jasper Ridge Partners. During her time at Jasper Ridge Partners, she oversaw various registered investment adviser and private fund compliance matters. Prior to her role at Jasper Ridge Partners, Ms. Tudor was a Senior Compliance Associate at Crow Holdings Capital, administering several aspects of the compliance program. Earlier in her career, Ms. Tudor worked for Credit Suisse, serving in a compliance advisory role for the commodities group within the asset management division. She began her career at the National Futures Association, leading regulatory examinations. Ms. Tudor is a Certified Securities Compliance Professional and graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Finance.
T. Andrew Beaudoin
DirectorT. Andrew Beaudoin is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Beaudoin is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Beaudoin was a Senior Associate in TPG’s GP Solutions Group, where he supported the group’s launch and underwrote GP-led secondary transactions. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Landmark Partners, executing secondary transactions across traditional secondaries, fund restructurings, preferred equity, GP stakes, and single-asset transactions. deals. Before joining Landmark’s investment team, he began his career in the firm’s Quantitative Research Group, providing analytical support to investment teams and institutional investors. Mr. Beaudoin graduated from Williams College with a BA in Mathematics with Honors and Economics and received his MBA from Wharton.
Sushaan Modi
DirectorSushaan Modi is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Modi is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments for the Sports strategy. Mr. Modi has also held strategy and operations roles at Los Angeles Football Club, Major League Soccer, and Wagr. He graduated with honors from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and a BA in International Studies and earned his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
Peter Valhouli-Farb

Mr. Valhouli-Farb is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities for the Sports strategy and working on Sports-related business development activities across the Capital Solutions, Capital Markets, and Arctos Operating Platform teams. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners in 2019, Mr. Valhouli-Farb served as Director of Strategy & Development and Special Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at Fenway Sports Group and the Boston Red Sox, where he was responsible for evaluating potential investments, launching new lines of business within the FSG platform, and assessing growth and monetization strategies for the existing portfolio. Prior to FSG, Mr. Valhouli-Farb was an investment professional at Accel Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners. Mr. Valhouli-Farb graduated from Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jiaping Zhang

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Zhang was a Principal in the Quantitative Research Group within Global Client Solutions at Ares Management, focusing on quantitative investment research and developing software tools used across the firm. Previously, he was a Vice President in Landmark Partners’ Quantitative Research Group, overseeing the design and delivery of proprietary software for performance measurement and portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zhang held senior development roles at Fidelity Information Services (FIS) and SunGard Data Systems, working on global asset and liability management applications for financial institutions. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Ph.D. in Oceanography and earned an MBA in Finance and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Chang was a Vice President at Ares, where she was responsible for developing and enhancing data-driven software tools for private equity performance forecasts. Prior to joining Ares, Ms. Chang was a senior associate at Landmark Partners where she focused on building and improving financial models and tools used for firm investment decisions. Before joining Landmark, Ms. Chang was a Vice President at HSBC, Taiwan’s global market department. She provided hedging and investment solutions and structured treasury products (FX swaps, FX options, structured notes, IRS, CCS) for corporate clients. Ms. Chang is a CFA® charterholder. She graduated from National Taiwan University, where she received an MS and BS in Finance.
Clay Davison

Robert DiGiovine
Vice PresidentRobert DiGiovine is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. DiGiovine is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution for Keystone Real Assets. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. DiGiovine was a Vice President in the Partner Solutions investment team at Crow Holdings Capital, where he was responsible for underwriting and sourcing. Prior to that, Mr. DiGiovine was a Director at Hexagon Properties, overseeing luxury hospitality and residential investments and financing in Boston and Aspen. Before joining Hexagon, Mr. DiGiovine began his real estate career at West Shore and PGIM Real Estate. Previously, Mr. DiGiovine spent six years in equity trading at First New York Securities and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Mr. DiGiovine graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Political Science. He received his MBA from the Yale School of Management.

He began his career as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on turnarounds of underperforming public companies facing activist pressure and private equity-backed businesses encountering similar challenges. Mr. Dinges received a BS in Biomedical Engineering with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a Stamps President’s Scholar, and an MBA from Wharton, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
Samy Khan
Vice PresidentSamy Khan is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. Khan is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution for the Keystone strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Khan was an Associate at The Carlyle Group in London, underwriting, evaluating, and executing secondary transactions across traditional secondaries as well as structured and preferred equity deals. Previously, he was an Associate at Landmark Partners in London, where he was responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, evaluation, and execution of secondary transactions across a range of strategies. Mr. Khan began his career in Landmark’s Quantitative Research Group providing analytical support to investment teams, GPs, and LPs. Mr. Khan graduated from the London School of Economics where he earned a MSc in Accounting and Finance and later received a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick.
Kaitlin Rodriguez
Vice PresidentKaitlin Rodriguez is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution for the Sports strategy. Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Ms. Rodriguez was an Associate at Partners Group in Denver and London, completing a rotational program across the infrastructure, debt, and real estate verticals. Ms. Rodriguez graduated with distinction from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Institutions, in addition to a MS in Management Studies from the Kellogg School of Management. She was a member of the Northwestern women’s soccer team, helping lead the program to its first Big Ten title and first Sweet 16 appearance since 1998.
David Trott
Vice PresidentDavid Trott is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. Trott is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution for the Sports strategy. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Trott was an Associate at BDT Capital Partners in Chicago, where he was involved in underwriting, evaluating, and executing transactions primarily within the consumer retail sector. Mr. Trott also accumulated direct operating experience while serving as Assistant Director of Finance and Real Estate Development at a BDT portfolio company. Prior to BDT Capital Partners, Mr. Trott began his career as an Analyst within Goldman Sachs’ Industrials Investment Banking Group in New York. Mr. Trott graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he received a BA in Economics and later received his MBA from Wharton.

Vice PresidentMargaret Waickman is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Ms. Waickman is responsible for a range of legal and fund-related aspects of the firm’s activities and operations. Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Waickman was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where she focused on structuring, negotiating, forming and operating private investment funds, their co-investments and their management companies. She also represented private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. Ms. Waickman graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a BA in English and later received a JD with honors from Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law.

Assistant ControllerBlerina Copanski is an Assistant Controller at Arctos Partners. Ms. Copanski is responsible for the accounting, related reporting, and other financial aspects involving the firm, related funds, and affiliates. Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Copanski spent eight years at HBK Capital Management in Dallas, focusing on management company accounting, financial reporting, payroll, and benefits administration for U.S. and international entities. She began her career at KPMG in Dallas, serving financial services clients with a focus on alternative asset managers, broker-dealers, and real estate investment funds. Ms. Copanski is a licensed CPA in Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Finance.

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Kanwar was an Engagement Lead at Palantir Technologies, a software company, in the New York office. At Palantir Technologies, Mr. Kanwar was a part of the financial services technology team, leading projects between Palantir and their financial services clients, with a focus on private equity firms. Prior to joining Palantir Technologies, Mr. Kanwar was a Senior Applied Data Scientist at Lucidworks Inc, where he focused on machine learning in the e-commerce and enterprise search space. Mr. Kanwar graduated from the University of San Diego, where he received a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Philosophy.
Deep Patel

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Patel was an engineering lead at Palantir Technologies. At Palantir Technologies, Mr. Patel engineered solutions for mission-critical operations across the government space ranging from civil health to the Department of Defense. Prior to joining Palantir Technologies, Mr. Patel was a software engineer at The Blackstone Group where he focused on developing their fund waterfall calculation and valuation capabilities. Amanda Del Biaggio

Lisa Klimek
Office ManagerLisa Klimek is an Office Manager at Arctos responsible for providing comprehensive logistical and administrative support to both the Investment and Investor Relations Team. Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Klimek was an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at C&C Offset Printing for a total of 20 years. While at C&C Offset Printing, she provided direct support to the sales and senior management team as well as the US Director. Previously, Ms. Klimek was an Executive Assistant at Skidmore Owings and Merrill where she was responsible for providing support to a team of Partners and Directors. Administrative AssistantDanielle Dion is a Receptionist responsible for providing comprehensive logistical support for the Arctos Dallas office. Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Dion was a Supply Chain Associate at Fastenal. During her time at Fastenal, Ms. Dion was an on-site representative while tracing the movements of goods and services through logistics, planning, and inventory demands. Ms. Dion received a BBA in Marketing and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and was a member of the Women’s Volleyball team for three years.
