Nick M. Skornia is an Associate at Arctos Sports Partners. Mr. Skornia is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Sports Partners, Mr. Skornia was an Associate at Insight Equity, a control buyout private equity firm focused on the middle market. At Insight Equity, Mr. Skornia was engaged in financial modeling, underwriting and general assessment of prospective and active private equity investments. Mr. Skornia gained valuable experience investing across a wide range of industries and working closely with respective management teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Insight Equity, Mr. Skornia was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company in both their Chicago and Boston office. During his time at Moelis & Company, Mr. Skornia worked as an industry generalist completing M&A, restructuring, shareholder defense, equity raises and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Skornia graduated with honors from the University of Kansas, where he received a B.S. in Finance and a minor in German Language and Literature.
